Retreats
In a fast-changing business environment, one of the best ideas for your significant employees is to have a "retreat," which is an informal, focused subject seminar. The retreat is literally an environment away from the workplace conducive so that the staff can relax and concentrate on the subjects at hand. The best places are a special college campus or a special resort with that environment. It is a form of escape so that normal patterns are broken and creativity and camaraderie emerge. It allows free discussion of any and all subjects.
We will be happy to create, coordinate, and, if desired, moderate the one or two day event.
